- Staff training will begin 6-8 weeks prior to opening date
- Clinic hours 7:30A-5:00P
- 4/10 hour shifts Monday-Friday
- 5 ORs and 4 GI procedure rooms
- Types of cases:
- ortho (hands, total hips/knees, sports medicine, shoulders)
- Robot for MIS orthoÂ
- ENT, otolaryngology, podiatry and scopes
- No call, holidays or weekends

Role Purpose
Performs an expanded perioperative role as a first assistant to surgeons during surgical procedures in the operating room. RNFA works alongside the surgeon to provide direct patient care. Works as a professional colleague with the perioperative team and collaborates with the patient-designated support person, and other health care providers when making decisions to plan care.
