Collaborates with other Clinical Associates to meet individual needs using communication and available resources to promote quality, cost effective care. Responsibilities:Documents initial evaluations, progress notes, treatments administered, and discharge summaries according to established departmental policies, procedures, and goals in all practice settings as appropriate.
