Job Description The Lead Phlebotomist for the Southern Region will be based in Freehold area. The Lead Phlebotomist will be responsible for the following key functions: Support and visit assigned Phlebotomy team members and sites regularly Train new hires and re-train existing team members Provides daily technical support to team and resolves specimen issues. Works with Supervisor to create and maintain team's schedule. Cover sites and perform phlebotomy as needs arise.
