Responsible for ensuring successful academic and personal development of licensed practical nursing students through clinical instruction.


Principal Accountabilities:

1. Clinical Cath Lab RN and Unit Educator with some on call responsibility

2. Creates a clinical environment which fosters growth and guides professional development.
3. Implements evaluation of newly hired TM learning and clinical experience to measure progress and competency.
4. Maintains personnel records specific to annual competencies, in-services and required learning.
5. Performs other related duties as assigned.

6. Facilitates onboarding process for all newly hired team members

Qualifications

Required:
1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing
2. 2 years of experience in interventional cardiology
3. BLS and ACLS certification

Preferred:
1. Master's degree in Nursing or related field
