OverviewThe Occupational Therapist Assistant provides occupational therapy related services by implementing evidence-based and effective treatment interventions to address functional treatment goals established by the occupational therapist based on individual patient needs. Provides education to the patient related to mobility, safety and equipment or assistive device use. Observes, evaluates and documents the results of treatment interventions and discusses any needed treatment plan adjustments with the supervising occupational therapist. Participates in interdisciplinary activities. This position is located in the 98 bed Rehab Hospital on the Raleigh campus and may be required to cover other areas of the WakeMed Rehab continuum as needed. Populations served inc
