Providence Connections Palliative Care seeks a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their inpatient team. This well-established, trans-disciplinary team provides a coordinated program to patients and their families for the management of chronic conditions and serious, life-limiting illness. The ideal candidate will have previous palliative care experience. Primary location is Providence Portland Medical Center.
