Independently provides assessment and treatment interventions to inpatients and outpatients received through healthcare provider referrals and patient self-referrals. This encompasses the following environments of care within NWIHCS: Community Living Center, Outpatient Clinics, Amputee Clinic, and W/C Seating and Mobility Clinics.
