Responsible for administration of business, financial and clinical functions of the practice. Assists in the development and maintenance of physician and community relations to further the delivery of Centura's healthcare services within the community. * Practices personal accountability and leads staff to be personally accountable for achieving set goals and objectives as well as mission and core values.* Promotes the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission and core values.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * 3 years clinical background in area of specialty Experience providing patient education and coaching Computer skills in word processing excel and related programs.* Experience in or knowledge of working within established budget parameters.* Previous supervision as well as leadership skills preferred.* Registered Nurse Required Current RN license in state of employment / Current RN license from a participating state in National Licensure Compact.* Basic Life Support American Heart Association Required.* Nursing Specialty Certification American Academy of Ambulatory Care Nursing Preferred.* RN Certification in Ambulatory Nursing through the AAACN, strongly preferred.* Other applicable nursing certifications may be considered if applicable for this role.Physical RequirementsMedium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly.Your Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
