Atlantic Health System is seeking Full-time Registered Nurses for our Operating Room at Chilton Medical Center. The hours are 7a-8pm The position requires call and weekends based upon units needs. Essential Job Function

• This is a FT opening 7a-8p.
• Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.
• Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
• Candidate will demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity and Excellence) in every aspect of their job.
• Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program

Education:

• BSN preferred

License/Certifications:

• Valid New Jersey Nursing License required
• BLS required
• CNOR preferred

Relevant Experience:

• 1+ years of OR experience in an Acute Care setting as a Registered Nurse strongly preferred
• Proficient in both the circulatory and scrub role on a variety of surgical procedures including General, Plastics, Orthopedics, Spinal, Robotics and GYN
