Primary Responsibilities:

• Treat pediatric patients in clinic, typically 20-25 patients a day with ancillary support team
• Clinical responsibilities include wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Unrestricted medical license in the state of New Jersey or has New Jersey application in process
• Board certification or board eligibility in Pediatric Medicine
• Active and unrestricted DEA License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Active New Jersey CDS license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements.
