In collaboration with patients and families, the Physical Therapist responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of patient care within scope of practice. This includes examination, evaluation, diagnosis, planning, intervention and establishing outcomes.
This position is located at the Fairview Northland Medical Center in Princeton, MN. The team is multidisciplinary including PT, OT, SLP, and Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehab. It is a general practice environment that treats pediatrics to adults, acute care, and outpatient care. Service and specialty areas include:cancer rehab, edema, concussion, vestibular, hand therapy, orthopedics, neuro, pelvic health, pool therapy, cognition and memory, low vision, and seating/wheeled mobility evaluations. We have a fun pediatric gym with private sensory room, anda private hand treatment room. We pride ourselves on the small town, community atmosphere where we develop relationships with patients that last over years. We also have excellent teamwork scores on employee engagement surveys. There is a beautiful courtyard outside of our department where both pediatric and adult patients can be treated as well as staff can enjoy time together at lunch.
This is a benefit and PTO eligible position that is authorized for 64 hours per two-week pay period.
