Job Summary
Coordinates functions and activities related to a single departmental function. Position is responsible for a clinic unit. Position coordinates the scheduling efforts of the unit RN's. Acts as liaison person to internal and external customers (i.e., pre-hospital providers, medical and nursing staff, hospital administration). Responsible for developing and implementing plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements. Trains and mentors staff.
**Position requires call � Must reside within a 30 mile radius of hospital**
Qualifications:
Minimum Education: Associates Degree in Nursing
Preferred Education: Bachelors Degree in Nursing
Minimum Experience: 3 - 5 year of operating room experience
Preferred Experience: 5 years of operating room experience
Required Certifications/Licensure: Current RN license in the state of Arizona, or compact state.
Preferred Certifications/Registration: CNOR
Special Skills: Ability to operate in stressful situations, acts with diplomacy. Learns physician preferences and applies knowledge to working environment.
