Responsible for evaluation and treatment of inpatients and outpatients upon referral from a
physician. The PT develops a plan of care for each patient referred and is responsible for its implementation and modification as necessary in accordance with the hospitalï¿½s policies and procedures relative to care and treatment of patients.
Experience and education must be any combination recognized by the state of Florida for license as a Physical Therapist
Masters in Physical Therapy, Bachelor in Physical Therapy or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
One year experience in an acute care hospital as a Physical Therapist
Current Florida Physical Therapist License
Current CPR card Required Certifications: BLS
Per Diem Days, incuding some weekend hours
